For access to our pool, we ask you to upload a face photo in our app for each guest you have booked for. The facial photo will be used for pool access only. It will be automatically deleted 24 hours after departure. If you do not want to use facial recognition, there are alternatives. For more information, please ask at reception.
How does face recognition work?
Step 1: download our app from the Apple store or the Google Playstore and open ‘my environment'
Step 2: enter your booking number (found on the booking confirmation) and postcode
Step 3: you will receive an e-mail to link the reservation
Step 4: open the mail and click on the confirmation link, you will now be redirected to our app
Step 5: click ‘check confirmation’ in the app
Step 6: add all the guests you have booked for to the guest list
Step 7: then you can upload a facial photo for each guest under face recognition
Step 8: click on ‘send selfie'
Do you want to book for a period longer than 3 weeks? Contact in that case the camping itself directly by phone or email.
